Every Saturday at 10:15 a.m. we offer a free introductory class for interested parties. During this class, you can expect to:
- Become acquainted with the staff, facility, and other members;
- Participate in a group warm up and workout;
- Engage in a brief ”Questions & Answers” session.
The group warm up is led by one of our instructors, and during the warm up, we’ll focus on the movements that will be used in the workout for that day. Once the warm up is completed, you will then be put through a short, but challenging workout that is tailored to your fitness level and capabilities. After the workout, you and other class members will have the opportunity to talk more with our coaches to see if CrossFit AMRAP is the right fit for you. The whole class lasts approximately 45 minutes.
If you are unable to make the free Saturday class but are still interested in trying CrossFit, all you have to do is email us at email@example.com. We will be happy to set up a private time so that you can experience what CrossFit AMRAP has to offer.
