It’s Tuesday, and now that simply getting started is out of the way (i.e. Monday), it’s now time to get a few things straight to make heading into the rest of the week even better:

Thing #1: The WOD: I realize that it looks ridiculously scary online. In real life, it’s not so much. Come in today to get all the details and in a good team workout.

Thing #2: Prior to the workout, we will, of course, be preparing to tackle several rounds of “Cindy”. Here’s our good friend K-Starr with some help on “Cindy” prep.

Thing #3: We all know how important food is to our performance. Here are “Seven Tips for Using Paleo or Zone to Eat to Perform” to help us decide the best way to fuel ourselves for our WODs.

Thing #4: About eating… or paying for awesome Fight Through apparel… Here is a newly outfitted dropbox in the lobby for those who wish to purchase individual packets of Progenex when no coach is handy or those who need to square up with Tyler for their new swag. Simply leave your name and payment in the dropbox, and (boom) you’re done.

Thing #5: CNN just shared an article about “5 Things to Know for Your Day”. The whole article moved in the same direction I was going, so I’m sharing it.

Thing #6: Have a wonderful day. Seriously. But if you’re still in need of a little inspiration to get moving, check out this article, “101 Badass Quotes about Life”, from Chris McCombs.

That are all the things I have to cover as of 8:00 a.m. this morning. We’ll see you in sometime today, guys, to tackle, as Leadia rightfully called it – “‘Murph’ in a Dress”.

CrossFit Kids is tomorrow! Ages 4-5 will have class at 9:00-9:30 a.m.; ages 6-8 will go from 9:30-10:00 a.m.; and the older kids, ages 9-14, will have class from 10:00-10:45!
