Yes, we said free. Great, isn't it?

Every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. we offer a free introductory class for interested parties. During this class, not only will you be able to become acquainted with the staff, facility, and other members, but you will also be able to experience CrossFit firsthand. The intro class will consist of a group warm up, Workout of the Day, and then brief Q&A session.

The group warm up led by one of our instructors, and during the warm up, we'll focus on the movements that will be used in the workout for that day. Once the warm up is completed, you will then be put through a short, but challenging workout that is tailored to your fitness level and capabilities. After the workout, you and other class members will have the opportunity to talk more with our coaches to see if CrossFit AMRAP is the right fit for you. The whole class lasts approximately an hour.

If you are unable to make the free Saturday class but are still interested in trying CrossFit, all you have to do is contact us. We will be happy to set up a private time so that you can experience what CrossFit AMRAP has to offer.
