A note

Dear Members,

Thank you for putting up with me when 20 people show up to a regular class, four of them need to do an alternate workout in combination with the regular workout of the day, the strength calls for 3 heavyweight Front Squats and 1 Rope Climb every minute, on the minute when there are only six racks and five ropes available for 20 people, and then the WOD calls for heavy Push Jerks (175/115#), even heavier Kettlebell Swings and Goblet Squats (70/55#). I appreciate your patience and willingness to put up with whom I like to call “Crazy Brittany” and/or “B*tchany”.

Also, I want to say that I was especially proud of everyone’s efforts during the two-8:00 segments. The strength was taxing but the WOD was in a whole other realm. Awesome work to everyone who came in yesterday.

PS: Art did his first rope climb yesterday, and then proceeded to do 8 more during the strength. It was kind of bad ass.
