A day of comebacks

You know what else rocks? New Foundations’ graduates. Be sure to introduce yourself!

Usually Monday’s aren’t all that great or exciting: You have to get up early, deal with traffic, go back to work, and get everything organized for the week ahead. However, what makes Mondays a lot easier to take is when its filled with 21-15-9 of Power Cleans (65/50k) and Tall Box Jumps (30/24″) AND some killer comebacks.

We had a number of people return to the gym yesterday, primarily in the evening classes, who had been away for some time, and its that exciting that I really do need to acknowledge it in a post. At five, the Zbierskis returned to bring back “Topless Tuesday” (the scheduled time for “Topless Tuesday’s” return is in five weeks, FYI); Panda showed up at six to get grizzly with some Power Cleans; Logan and Meagan also made an appearance at six and showed that new moms still got it; and Bailey showed up to take on some tall box jumps.

There were also people filling in to their regular spots that we haven’t seen as much lately, and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone more on a regular basis. (Don’t hate me for getting sentimental, but we do miss it when you’re away…) So file in for “Fractured Fran” tonight, come in on Wednesday and/or Thursday, as you please, and then be sure to come back in Friday night for the Hero WOD!
